HCMA Board Director

Billur is an HCMA Board Director and served as the Chair of the HCMA Legislative Committee.  Billur played a key role in laying the foundation for the HCMA Legislative Committee, from its inception, and her input was invaluable in the creation of the Healthy Cardiac Monitoring Act (HCM Act), proposed legislation to help identify cardiac health issues in patients with a spectrum of diseases including Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). Billur has created numerous supporting documents, through diligent research, in an effort to help the Legislative Committee pass the HCM Act in every state.
