Our vision is to partner to make Oregon a national leader in health and science innovation for the purpose of improving the health and well-being of all patients living with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. As the only Center of Excellence in the Pacific Northwest, we have been a close partner of the HCMA working with patients from all backgrounds and communities to help them live a normal life and get the type of care patients and their families need.

We have a fully integrated multidisciplinary program with the goal of providing the best care possible to our patients. In addition, we have a robust research program centered on advancing our understanding of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, the treatment options available to patients, and on improving the lives and livelihood of patients living with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

We also have unique patient-centered pathways where we partner with other healthcare systems, clinicians and self-referred patients to provide access to different clinical trials and research studies even when there are limitations on insurance coverage (i.e. out of network, uncovered or uninsured). We also have programs for patients with limited financial resources. Finally, reach out to us and to the HCMA for any questions or concerns.
