Remembering and Honoring Those Affected by HCM
The Bighearted 5K Warrior Walk honors our HCM warriors in their battles. Recognizing those whose battle is over and those who fight on. Each step is a tribute to a life that matters, a story to be remembered, and a family forever changed by HCM.
You don’t have to be at the walk to honor your loved ones.
Make a donation in their honor and send a favorite photo of your loved one to the HCMA. Names and photos will be displayed on a yard sign at the Bighearted 5K, creating a beautiful and lasting tribute to a bighearted life.
To participate:
- Make your memorial donation of $25+ through our HCMA Memorial Fund page.
- Email your loved one’s photo to demi@4hcm.org.
- Include your loved one’s full name with the photo.
Together, we can honor their memory, celebrate the lives they lived, and ensure that those we’ve lost to HCM are never forgotten.
